Solution Enterprise Architect – Workflow (Pega)

In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented professionals with suitable companies to foster growth and success. The client project involves a global digitalization initiative deploying business processes in about 150 countries using the Pega platform, developed from scratch in an international environment.

• Pega SSA (Senior System Architect) or LSA (Lead System Architect) certification.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience developing solutions on the Pega platform.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-class solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Pega 8.x, including Case Types, Flows, User Interfaces, Rules, and Data Pages.
• Experience with integrations based on REST, SOAP, and file interfaces.
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Pega Constellation.
• Knowledge of German language.
• Experience in projects for the public sector.
• Current security clearance.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions based on the Pega platform.
• Implement business processes, data models, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Participate in solution architecture design and define technical best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and design standards.
• Take part in estimations, design workshops, and refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with Business Architects, QA teams, and DevOps.
• Provide substantive support to less experienced team members and participate in code reviews.
• For Lead level: set technical direction and support parallel project streams.

Current security clearance is a nice to have requirement.
