Microsoft DevOps / AI Architect (Azure | M365 | D365)

1dea is a consulting recruitment company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in scoping and implementing large, complex digital transformation programs in diverse enterprise environments
• Strong competencies in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native solutions for data and AI on Microsoft Azure
• Practical skills in integrating AI and data solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automation of deployments, monitoring, and scaling cloud workloads using Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of cloud security standards, operational excellence, and compliance procedures in IT architecture
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, able to translate technical concepts into business language and communicate effectively with IT engineers and management
• Ability and willingness to mentor and support the technical development of team members and continuously improve own qualifications
• English language proficiency at C1+ level

• Designing and implementing cloud-native data and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Developing and optimizing Azure-based infrastructures to ensure high performance, stability, and scalability
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Seamlessly integrating AI and data solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
• Automation and DevOps
• Ensuring compliance and security
• Effective technical communication with IT teams, C-level management, and end-user communities

Work location: 100% remote with 1-2 quarterly business trips to Dublin (2-3 days, all costs covered)
