Junior Partner Channel Specialist

Comarch is seeking a Junior Partner Channel Specialist to join their team in Poznań. The role involves managing relationships with technology partners, resellers, and system integrators to support business growth and strategic goals.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, B2B customer service, or relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving under time pressure
• Independence, determination, engagement, diligence, and high teamwork culture
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Driving license category B and readiness for business trips

• Build, develop, and manage relationships with technology partners, resellers, and system integrators
• Develop and implement partner support programs, including training, certification processes, and co-marketing activities
• Negotiate cooperation terms and manage partner agreements, SLAs, and revenue sharing arrangements
• Initiate and lead joint go-to-market and co-selling projects with strategic partners
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of partners and optimize the partner portfolio to maximize revenue
• Coordinate closely with product and marketing departments to create attractive and ready-to-use partner solution offers
• Actively represent Comarch at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem forums
