Innovation & New Product Development Specialist (FMCG)

• 3+ years of experience in new product development, marketing, or project management roles, ideally in a CPG or FMCG environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of product and packaging innovation or new product development processes.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

• Provide project management support for product and packaging innovation projects from concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, business proposal, and approval stages.
• Coordinate project kick-offs and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools and spreadsheets.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate key project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, lessons learned) and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to support day-to-day project execution.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation and supporting materials.
• Conduct post-project reviews and apply learnings to drive continuous improvement.
