- Design and implement Knowledge Management processes and tools supporting business goals
- Organize and maintain key knowledge assets such as templates, playbooks, case studies, and lessons learned
- Manage Knowledge Management platforms ensuring content is up to date and easily accessible
- Collaborate with experts to ensure quality and relevance of content
- Drive knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
- Monitor usage and improve effectiveness of Knowledge Management tools and processes
- Deliver trainings and support adoption of Knowledge Management best practices
