Product Owner

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across various industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• Proven professional experience as a Product Owner in digital products and data engineering environments.
• Strong experience in sales management, especially with digital, analytical solutions, data products, or pricing systems.
• Experience and excellent knowledge of the data domain and Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to create engaging product storytelling tailored to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Nice to have: knowledge of pricing policy, discount systems, revenue management, or financial modeling.
• Must have EU citizenship and permanent residence in Poland.
• Willingness to work full-time remotely from Poland.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Define and develop the strategic vision and roadmap for the Lead Scoring product supporting sales organizations.
• Shape multi-market product strategy in pricing management, margin control, and discount policy transparency.
• Conduct structured product discovery with sales, pricing, finance, and market teams to identify challenges and business potential.
• Manage the full product lifecycle using an experimental test-and-learn approach.
• Manage the end-to-end product backlog, including creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing tasks based on business value.
• Lead a stable, interdisciplinary technical team including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and MLOps Engineers.

Must have EU citizenship and permanent residence in Poland. Work is 100% remote from Poland.
