Team Manager - Cloud Managed Services

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT, project management, consulting, technical product management, or related business roles.
• Proven success in attracting and selecting technical talent.
• Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex client situations.
• Capability to work independently and in a fast-changing cross-functional environment.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Work authorization for Poland or Hungary.
• Ability to work from the Budapest office twice per quarter and travel periodically for client or team meetings in the EMEA region.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Life Sciences environment, especially with cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of Managed Services, cloud operations, or post-implementation support models.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault or other corporate cloud platforms (e.g., CRM or ERP).

• Manage and develop a team of consultants delivering Managed Services on the Veeva Vault platform for small and large global accounts in pharma and biotech.
• Lead the team including resource planning, monitoring utilization, and ensuring professional development.
• Conduct recruitment processes for consultants in Poland and Hungary to attract highly qualified talent.
• Coordinate communication between implementation teams and Managed Services to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service delivery.
• Serve as a contact point and escalation for selected clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.
• Collaborate with new and existing clients to expand contract offerings and enhance long-term service value.
