Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Engineer (GenAI / CX AI)

• Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and AI Agents.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience integrating systems via APIs.
• Understanding of distributed system architectures and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Models, or Customer Experience AI Solutions.
• Knowledge of contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya.
• Experience integrating CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
• Experience with Agent Ops, monitoring, and evaluation of AI solutions.
• Knowledge of the Customer Experience domain.

• Designing and developing solutions based on AI Agents and Generative AI.
• Migrating existing conversational solutions to modern AI architectures.
• Implementing functionalities supporting customer service using AI.
• Designing and developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrating AI platforms with CRM, CCaaS, and telecommunication solutions.
• Creating and optimizing prompts and orchestration mechanisms for AI models.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Monitoring quality, performance, and security of AI solutions.
• Collaborating with business, product, and technical teams.
