MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

• Experience as MS Dynamics Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM processes design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
• Fluent English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Fluent German (at least B2 level)

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating, and documenting requirements gathering/discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview and deep-dive product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms
• Advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements including requirements gathering, fit gap assessments, design, and configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements comprehensible to developers/project teams
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
