Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating, and documenting requirements gathering/discovery workshops
Provide expert overview and deep-dive product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms
Advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements including requirements gathering, fit gap assessments, design, and configuration
Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements comprehensible to developers/project teams
Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
