MS Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O)/Axapta Functional Consultant

• Experience as MS Dynamics Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Experience working with Finance & Operations (F&O), Axapta, and D365 products
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Experience with finance processes design
• Experience with logistics, purchase, production, and sales processes design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Previous experience as Accountant General

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating, and documenting requirements gathering/discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview and deep-dive product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms
• Utilize deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
