Transformation Senior Director (TAX, Finance)

• Solid understanding of direct and indirect tax regulations across Europe and EMEA (VAT, CIT, WHT, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with tax data, reconciliations, and statutory documentation
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and tax/reporting tools (experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Vertex, etc. is an advantage)
• Ability to structure complex problems and clearly present insights and recommendations
• Effective communication and confident collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a consulting environment
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare, review, and validate direct and indirect tax calculations in line with European and EMEA regulations
• Support VAT, CIT, WHT, and other statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage tax data, reconciliations, documentation, and audit support activities
• Identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and support issue resolution with authorities
• Contribute to tax process assessments and help design improved, future-state processes and controls
• Support development of process documentation, SOPs, and transformation roadmaps
• Work with ERP tax modules and reporting tools to enable automation and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, support workshops and proposals, and contribute to transformation initiatives
