• Proven experience in Operations Manager, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with process automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Ability to build, test, and iterate on processes beyond mapping.
• Practical knowledge of responsibility and decision-making frameworks like RACI and DACI.
• Experience working with data, dashboards, or analytics.
• Strong systems thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High ownership mindset.
• Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations is a plus.
• Comfortable working bilingually in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+).
