• 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management (multi-module, enterprise-level)
• Proven expertise in managing hybrid delivery models (Project Management + Agile)
• Advanced certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, Agile, CCPM, or hybrid approaches
• Strong skills in managing risks, dependencies, and governance in large organizations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience as Scrum Master in large IT transformation projects
• Understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks
• Practical experience in process improvement and governance initiatives

• Manage large and complex IT projects from initiation to closure
• Ensure project delivery within time, scope, and budget, maintaining quality standards
• Oversee vendor cooperation for internal and external suppliers
• Identify and manage dependencies between projects and programs to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and IT
• Promote Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to maximize value delivery
• Foster team autonomy, accountability, and Agile mindset
• Facilitate Scrum events and support Product Owners in defining goals and refining backlog
• Remove impediments, address risks, and coach teams towards continuous improvement
• Drive efficiency within the team by analyzing performance and applying improvements
