Copilot Studio Architect & Transformation Consultant (Power Apps | Copilot | Adkar)

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including expert knowledge of Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale corporate chatbot/agent solutions
• Proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows, RPA) and the M365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Entra ID)
• Knowledge of integration with external APIs and Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search
• Experience with ALM (Azure DevOps / GitHub) and security (DLP, OAuth 2.0, data residency)
• Excellent advisory, workshop, and communication skills with ability to translate technology to business language
• Communicative English (B2+) in speech and writing

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-600, AI-102 or related
• Experience in prompt engineering and working with LLMs in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Process Mining or Intelligent Automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) and Responsible AI principles

• Leading workshops, process mapping, and assessing ROI potential and readiness for AI Agents implementation
