Experience working in large, international organisations or multi-team product environments.

Lead delivery across a product suite, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress.
Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, identifying risks and impediments, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Improve delivery flow by optimising ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams.
Support product suite-level planning, including prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity management.
Provide clear reporting, executive summaries, and delivery insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage delivery-related finances, balancing cost, value realisation, and delivery priorities.
Work closely with product owners, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across locations.
Support governance, dependency management, and risk handling across agile and project-based delivery models.
