• 5+ years of experience as a researcher or engineer.
• Strong technical proficiency with programming skills and understanding of large, complex systems and architectures.
• Openness and willingness to experiment and learn new technologies in the ad tech domain.
• Independence and proactive attitude with ability to take initiative and act without excessive supervision.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving specific project goals and adaptability.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teammates and external organizations.
• Ability to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and create prototypes for experimental solutions.

• Conduct in-depth research and experimentation with new ad tech technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology integration potential.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate effectiveness and utility of solutions.
• Assess new privacy mechanisms such as Privacy Sandbox APIs by building PoCs, testing, and suggesting improvements.
• Explore solutions for Android and iOS, including creating prototypes to improve mobile platform performance.
• Collaborate with external organizations like major browser vendors, W3C, and GitHub discussions.
