Senior Node.js Architect/Team Lead

• Experience in building, scaling, or reorganizing product teams including analysts, developers, and QA.
• Expert knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Event Loop profiling, memory leak management, WebSockets, asynchronous programming, MySQL, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for microservices orchestration and containerization.
• Experience managing high-traffic production environments.
• Ability to independently deploy features to production.
• Experience using tools like Claude Code in daily work.
• Direct experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, or related sectors.
• Proactive, open, and communicative with team members.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level for recruitment and daily work.

• Build, scale, and reorganize product teams including analysts, developers, and QA.

• Profile Event Loop, manage memory leaks, WebSockets, asynchronous operations, MySQL, and Redis.
• Orchestrate and containerize microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Design distributed architecture focused on reliability and high traffic.
• Take full responsibility for product team results and delivery.
• Recruit and reorganize the product team.
• Write advanced Node.js code and design system architecture.
