Managed Services Consultant

• Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
• Experience working with clients and managing their expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Higher education (preferably STEM fields) or equivalent experience
• Authorization to work in Europe (no visa sponsorship)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of an additional European language
• Skills in Low-code, Google Analytics, Software implementation, ITIL, Business analysis, IT Business Analyst, Life Sciences / Pharma, Software Configuration, Customer support, Communication

• Support biopharmaceutical client groups by understanding their business processes and advising on changes in Veeva Vault
• Update and implement new features within the Veeva Vault package
• Collaborate closely with clients' business and IT departments to understand their requirements
• Apply critical thinking in designing solutions both requested by clients and proactively identified
• Act as a liaison between clients, implementation and maintenance teams, stakeholders, and internal Veeva product teams
• Onboard clients to use Vault and best practices within managed services programs
• Manage change for clients transitioning from on-premises solutions to SaaS
