Lead Snowflake Consultant

x1F is building a modern data platform for a leading organization in the financial services sector, focusing on Snowflake-based solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake development and implementation of data solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in building and implementing modern data platforms and cloud-based data architectures.
• Practical experience with dbt and data transformation processes within modern ELT environments.
• Experience working across distributed delivery teams and acting as a bridge between onshore and nearshore colleagues.
• Relevant Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated environments.
• Very good English skills at C1 level; German skills beneficial for project-related communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for team and project meetings.

• Contribute to the implementation of use cases and data products in Snowflake and support the continuous evolution of the platform.
• Evaluate requirements, develop solution concepts, and translate business needs into practical Snowflake-based implementations.
• Perform developer tests and support the validation of implemented solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Act as a key interface between customers, onshore teams, and nearshore colleagues, helping to align requirements and implementation activities.
• Share expertise in Snowflake and data platforms within the project team and contribute to finding pragmatic and scalable solutions.
