• Experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as an Architect
• Experience in designing architecture for core ITSM and at least two additional ServiceNow modules/features (e.g., Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration)
• Excellent communication skills for technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to present business cases, strategies, solutions, make recommendations, gather team consensus, and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions
• Ability to define technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems at an architectural and design level of detail
• Experience in leading projects and teams in complex environments
• Readiness for business travel

• Defining and ensuring a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology
• Going beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change while securing sustainability
• Providing top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients
• Providing input to the design of ServiceNow-based ITSM solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
• Providing input to bids and assisting in presenting proposals to potential clients
• Leading or supporting creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions
• Supporting implementation programs for complex enterprise-scale solutions
• Providing input to and/or creating specialist points of view for the market and presenting at industry events where appropriate
