IT Tech Lead/IT Designer with German

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java or Gosu
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role as Tech Lead or Architect
• Fluency in English and German (B2/C1 level)
• Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or insurance domain
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge business and technical solutions
• Experience in effort estimation and risk identification
• Knowledge of Web Services, Microservices, JMS, or Spring
• Readiness to travel regularly
• Ability to work in the EU

• Implement and customize Guidewire core insurance system, working with alternative JVM language
• Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account architecture and its constraints

• Monitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams
• Create well-structured technical documentation using BPMN, UML
