Platform Customer Success Engineer, Data & Analytics

Procter & Gamble (P&G) offers projects of P&G size and access to world-leading IT partners and technologies. The role is based in Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland, and involves working with enterprise Data & Analytics platforms including Databricks and Azure Cloud Services.

• Experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or similar technical disciplines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and large-scale data processing.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex cloud-based platforms and data solutions.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and networking in Azure.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive customer success.

• Enable and support internal teams in adopting and building on enterprise platform capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered support capabilities, automation solutions, and self-service experiences.
• Partner with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Guide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.
• Build and promote reusable “golden path” solutions to simplify platform adoption.
• Provide actionable feedback to platform engineering teams to improve usability and operational efficiency.
• Follow and contribute to engineering standards ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, cost-effectiveness, and reusability.
• Analyze recurring customer challenges and drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, and AI-powered development.
