IT Business Analyst

LinkGroup is hiring an IT Business Analyst to join an Agile squad within the Private Capital domain, focusing on the eFront Invest platform and its integrations with other core systems.

• 3+ years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst or functional analyst.
• Strong background in financial services, focusing on Private Capital, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, or Securities Services.
• Hands-on experience with Fund Management platforms such as eFront, Multifonds, or Investran.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Professional interest in combining business analysis with agile project delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, including tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Good IT skills with SQL knowledge considered a strong asset for database analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and software vendors to gather, analyze, and translate complex financial needs and market regulations into clear requirements.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of functional solutions, documenting technical and functional changes with clear acceptance criteria.
• Produce workload estimations, cost-benefit analyses, and business cases for new development proposals.
• Manage the lifecycle of change requests, assessing impacts and optimizing production processes.
• Drive testing strategy by writing test plans, preparing test data, and coordinating user/client acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with teams to identify, investigate, and resolve root causes of production and system issues.
