Servicenow Developer (SAM & Itom)

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• At least 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments
• Proven development experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development practices
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Very good English skills
• Knowledge of SAM, ITOM, ServiceNow, SAM Pro, ServiceNow Integration, Oracle DB, Entra ID, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP ABAP, SAP SuccessFactors, IBM Red Hat

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on SAM and ITOM modules in enterprise environments
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
• Ensure integration with key enterprise systems and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and application teams
• Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support stakeholders in technical decision-making and solution design
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards across all developments
• Integrate with Oracle and SSO providers (Microsoft Entra ID) to support data collection and software usage visibility
• Integrate with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP (ABAP & SuccessFactors), IBM / Red Hat, and GitHub
• Implement and optimize ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector
• Enhance existing integrations (Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack), including transition from MFT to direct ServiceNow integrations
