Marketing Project Specialist

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company operates internationally with a presence in Poland and covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Experience in coordinating marketing projects or campaigns.
• Good knowledge of marketing processes and basic performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication skills and ability to build relationships with various teams.
• Knowledge of CRM processes and marketing automation.
• Very good command of English.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Operations.

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and collaborate with business teams in planning activities.
• Gather requirements for marketing materials and prepare briefs for production teams.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies on preparation, localization, and delivery of marketing materials.
• Oversee CRM communication initiatives and monitor implementation progress with suppliers and technical teams.
• Support identification of new opportunities for CRM and client communication development.
• Analyze available marketing metrics and suggest improvements for reporting and dashboards.
• Work closely with marketing, data, IT teams, and other business units to ensure efficient project delivery.

Work location is 100% remote. Start date ASAP with a maximum one-month notice period. Engagement is full-time, long-term B2B outsourcing with 1dea.
