Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Excellent practical knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience with the full lifecycle of machine learning models including data collection, building, evaluation, and monitoring
- Independence, proactivity, and readiness to work in a dynamic, agile, and highly decision-making team
- Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (spoken and written)

- Develop and deploy advanced analytical models and machine learning algorithms into production
- Design and optimize recommendation engines and optimization solutions
- Perform in-depth data analysis and collaborate closely with the Product Owner to precisely define business objectives
- Actively participate in system architecture design and make key technological decisions within the team
