Data Engineer (Krakow/Wroclaw/Warsaw, Poland)

• Proficient software engineer with fundamentals of computer science.
• Mastery of Python programming language.
• Experience writing distributed services and working with high-volume heterogeneous data, preferably with distributed systems such as Spark.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake preferred).
• Knowledgeable about data governance, data access, and data storage techniques.
• Strong client-facing skills, comfortable interacting with business and technical audiences, delivering presentations, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel mainly in Europe up to 10% of the time.
• Eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.

• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and processing systems for production and analytics applications using various technologies.
• Help drive optimization, testing, and tooling to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with software engineers, ML experts, and stakeholders, taking learning and leadership opportunities.
• Work in multi-functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate, and deliver on new product objectives.

• Willingness to travel mainly in Europe up to 10% of the time.
• Eligibility to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.
