Senior MS Data Integration Engineer (Copilot | Power Platform)

1dea is a consulting recruitment company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and delivering advanced solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder, Copilot Studio)
• Documented expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and deep understanding of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI data governance
• Hands-on advanced integration skills including end-to-end integration architecture, API query optimization, and integration with relational databases (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Experience implementing governance frameworks in organizations with distributed structures and strict security and data protection requirements
• Leadership and communication skills including conducting technology workshops, strategic advisory for key stakeholders, and mentoring engineering teams
• English language proficiency at B2+ level for communication in an international project team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dataverse, DB2, Oracle DB, Governance, Microsoft Entra ID

Copilot Studio & Generative AI:

• Design, implementation, and operationalization of AI agents and business assistants
• Responsible AI and reuse of components

Power Platform:

• Defining architectural standards and scalable solutions
• Oversight of citizen development

Integrations:

• Integration of Power Platform with DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow
• Use of REST/SOAP API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management

Governance:

• Environment management, DLP policies, licensing models, ALM
• Monitoring KPIs/KRIs, costs, and adoption

Security & Compliance:

• Collaboration with Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance teams
• Authorization and authentication via Microsoft Entra ID
