Transformation Consultant (Tax)

• 11+ years of experience in direct and indirect tax processes within Europe and/or EMEA.
• Good understanding of VAT, CIT, WHT, and related tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with tax data, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tax modules.
• Knowledge of tax technology and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a consulting environment.

• Prepare and review direct and indirect tax calculations and statutory filings (VAT, CIT, WHT).
• Support tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance activities.
• Analyze tax data and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in tax process improvement and transformation projects.
• Support the design and implementation of optimized tax processes and controls.
• Work with ERP tax modules and reporting tools to improve efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, and controllership teams across multiple countries.
• Contribute to client workshops, knowledge sharing, and pre-sales activities.
