Application Support Specialist (Strykow, Onsite, English+Polish, GxP)

• Fluent in English and Polish; other languages are an advantage
• IT technical skills for Windows systems, ThinClients (e.g., Dell, Igel, HP), IPCs
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask handling multiple clients
• Ability to work independently and follow direction and best practices
• Planning and organizing skills
• Team player with a supportive personality

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software
• Second level technical support – calls, tickets, user interaction
• Provide prompt responses to questions from employees and client sites
• Documentation of problems and creation of a knowledge database
• Provide hardware asset information and generate appropriate reports and lists
• Manage service requests, access, user management, and onsite support
• Proper assignment and troubleshooting of issues
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
• Engage in process improvement activities
• Consult IT experts when the appropriate course of action is unclear
• Apply knowledge of overall systems and landscapes as appropriate
• Work in compliance with GxP regulated environments
