• Successfully led design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software where information architecture is key.
• Understanding of modern AI systems including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
• Experience mentoring and leading designers with effective feedback.
• Ability to design unified experiences for both startups and large enterprises.
• Portfolio showcasing work ranging from micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
• Commitment to craft ownership and high standards without creating bottlenecks.
• Skill in building clear, lightweight design processes avoiding bureaucracy.
• Strong collaboration and knowledge sharing within a global design community.
• Clear communication and reasoning to explain complex design decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and discovering the right design questions.
• Balanced approach to platform conventions and innovation.

• Shape a point of view on project management and issue tracking evolution in an AI-native context.
• Design user interactions for AI capabilities, including conversational interfaces and automation.
• Develop interaction patterns to handle AI confidence and transparency while maintaining user control.
• Prototype and test new concepts to improve user experience.
• Maintain coherence across diverse product areas like boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
