Pega Senior System Architects

We are seeking a team of experienced Pega consultants to support the CFF application within the Credit Assessment and Decision (CAD) domain. The team will consist of Lead System Architect (LSA), Senior System Architects (SSAs), and Lead/Senior Business Architects (LBAs/SBAs), combining strong technical delivery with robust business analysis capabilities in a BizDevOps environment. The application is currently built on Theme Cosmos UI, with a planned transition to Pega Constellation.

Technical Expertise (LSA & SSA roles):

• LSA: Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven LSA experience
• SSA: Minimum 3+ years of Pega development experience
• Mandatory: Practical experience with Pega Theme Cosmos UI
• Solid understanding of Pega UI Constellation and its architecture
• Experience or exposure to Constellation migration approaches is advantageous
• Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, best practices
• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and cloud environments
• Knowledge of integration methods (REST, SOAP, MQ)

Business Analysis Skills (LBA/SBA roles):

• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for business solutions
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into Pega solutions
• Understanding of Pega Case Management framework and DCO methodology
• Proficient in business architecture tools and documentation
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills

Other:

• Experience in financial services, preferably credit/risk domains
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Proven success in stakeholder management and requirements gathering

Development & Technical Leadership (LSA & SSA):

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements
• Actively develop features and contribute to the codebase with hands-on coding
• Perform code reviews ensuring quality and adherence to standards
• Provide architectural guidance (LSA) or strong technical implementation support (SSA)
• Contribute to UI strategy and evolution including preparation for Pega Constellation adoption

Business Analysis & Requirements (LBA/SBA & shared responsibilities):

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders
• Design and document business architecture artifacts (case types, processes)
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions
• Bridge business and technical perspectives effectively

Team Collaboration:

• Support the team’s BizDevOps maturity journey
• Collaborate across roles for end-to-end delivery ownership
• Mentor team members based on experience level
• Adapt role responsibilities based on project and business needs
