Java Developer (Regular/Senior/Expert)

• Minimum 4-5 years of commercial experience in Java
• Experience with microservice/backend architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar
• Experience with automated testing and good code quality practices
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments
• Higher technical education (computer science or related field)
• English and Polish language skills at minimum B2/C1 level for client communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, messaging systems (MQ/Solace), banking/trading projects
• Knowledge of Python, AI/ML/LLM concepts, cloud platforms like Azure/GCP, TDD/BDD
• Familiarity with React.js and modern JS frameworks, application security, and DevOps support

• Designing and developing backend/fullstack solutions in Java for banking, trading, and AI/ML projects
• Working on international and national projects in the financial sector
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions
• Writing clean, efficient code and technical documentation
• Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes
