Senior Java Developer (AI & LLM) (K/M)

Neontri is a company of over 120 people specializing in two areas: developing custom systems for clients mainly from the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in recruiting specialists via body leasing. They have extensive experience delivering large, complex projects used by millions of users daily, mostly long-term and remote, with occasional integration meetings and charity involvement.

• Commercial experience of minimum 5 years with developing applications in Java and Spring Boot.
• At least one year of production implementation experience with LLM solutions.
• Practical familiarity with agent architectures such as ReAct, MCP.
• Experience in working with frameworks like Spring AI, LangChain4j, and integration with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases.
• Knowledge about AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation of language model-based systems.
• Working knowledge of Specification-Driven Development methodology.
• Capability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Higher education in STEM disciplines.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Angular.
• Experience programming in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level LLM integrations.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience developing applications in Java and Spring Boot.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of agent architectures including ReAct and MCP.
• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, integration with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Understanding of AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation for language model–based systems.
• Experience working with Specification-Driven Development.
• Ability to conduct technical workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Higher education degree in STEM field.
