Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of SAP FI configuration and implementation experience
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP FI implementations
- English and Polish at least C1 level
- Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently
- Confident communicator with customers
Nice to have:
- SAP FI certification(s)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Previous experience in SAP support roles
Obowiązki
- Supporting system upgrades and enhancements in line with ITIL best practices
- Collaborating with international clients to understand and address their requirements
- Troubleshooting and solving system issues efficiently
- Leading end-user training sessions
- Handling incidents, change requests, and service tickets
- Configuring SAP FI modules to meet both legal and business needs
