Delivery Manager

Wireless Standard POS (Point-Of-Sales) is a retail management solution for the Telecom Market, providing thousands of retailers features and functionalities to effectively run their businesses with full visibility and control over sales and operations. The product optimizes and simplifies retail processes and includes features like robust online reporting, repair management software, 3rd party integrations, customer connect marketing, time and attendance, and carrier commission reconciliation. The product development involves a complex microservice architecture (50+ microservices) and technologies including .Net Framework, C#, Net Core, React JS, JavaScript ES6+, Node.JS, ASP.Net Core, Microsoft Azure, AWS, MS SQL, API, Dapper, HTML, CSS, and CQRS.

• 5+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
• Technical background (QA, BA, Developer)
• Experience in application development or elsewhere in the SDLC
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Fluent in English with good communication and reporting skills
• Experience leading multi-national teams
• Leadership skills with ability to offer solutions and innovative ideas
• Organizational skills to organize people and processes
• Ability to manage competitive priorities
• Self-motivated
• Stress resistance

• Work in the management team as a full member of the team
• Work within the Agile environment to assist with planning, management, and execution of application development
• Develop and implement standards for development and deployment processes
• Focus primarily on development and delivery processes
• Ensure consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Leads and Business Analysts
• Demonstrate leadership in deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes via coordinated releases with other Delivery Managers
• Help developers resolve technical problems collaboratively with technical leads and address human resources issues
• Monitor individual employees' performance
