SAP Security IAM Consultant (UAM)

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. They operate internationally and cover sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or User Access Management (UAM).
• Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.
• Practical skills in managing access, user profiles, and permissions.
• Basic experience with SAP environment.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience with tools like Jira, LeanIX, and UAM tools or similar.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate internationally.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Manage User Access Management (UAM) processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver.
• Administer access levels and user profiles in SAP environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on granting, modifying, and revoking permissions.
• Support security and identity management activities in SAP.
• Work with cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) for access management.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for Active Directory and identity integrations.
• Participate in activities related to SAP RISE.
• Use IAM supporting tools and task management tools such as Jira, LeanIX, and UAM tools.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and organizational standards.

Start date asap with acceptance of maximum 1 month notice period. Position is outsourcing from 1dea. Work location: 100% remote.
