Senior Developer Experience Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of a project at Mindbox focused on building meaningful digital solutions with engineering, consulting, and talent collaboration.

• Strong hands-on engineering skills with experience in building templates, automation, developer tooling, or onboarding assets.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js (strong in at least one).
• Ability to design developer experiences that make the “right path” the easiest path.
• Confidence in writing clear technical content for large audiences (docs, how-tos, examples).
• Production mindset emphasizing security, resilience, observability, and supportability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – from senior leaders to large developer groups.

• Build and maintain golden-path templates and reusable patterns to accelerate onboarding and reduce variability.
• Deliver real-world worked examples and reference implementations that can be adopted quickly by teams.
• Enhance self-service onboarding capabilities to scale adoption across the organization.
• Run developer feedback loops (office hours, champion networks) and convert pain points into concrete improvements.
• Write and maintain clear, practical technical documentation as part of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and risk teams to ensure guidance is accurate and compliant.
