• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operations, digital transformation, innovation, or executive advisory.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement capability.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational capability.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using AI in strategic research, market analysis, technology evaluation, business modelling, executive reporting, competitive analysis, workflow optimization, knowledge management, automation strategy, and organizational design.
• Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms.

• Experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, HealthTech, education technology, SaaS, enterprise software, automation strategy, management consulting, technology consulting, product strategy, operations strategy, change management, and innovation leadership.

• Help establish AI best practices, documentation standards, implementation frameworks, operational guidelines, and continuous improvement processes.
