• Higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science, law, political studies or public services management
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management and/or bid management in the public sector or consulting environments
• At least 1 year of professional experience related to coordination or preparation of public tenders
• Understanding of public sector operations and procurement processes, preferably within EU-related environment
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and other relevant software
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe

• Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals, leading the bidding process and coordinating end to end from qualification until submission
• Analyse tender terms of reference to create proposal outlines and bid plans when needed
• Set internal deadlines, follow up on progress proactively, and support proposal teams
• Act as a procurement specialist regarding formal requirements, quality, and client compliance expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance and interpretation of tender requirements, perform final reviews
• Prepare or guide the preparation of supporting evidences related to technical, financial, and professional capacity
• Consolidate required administrative and legal documents, facilitate contract follow-up, draft presentations, editing, layout
• Support identification and mobilization of internal and external experts
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards, and client requirements; liaise with legal for drafting agreements
