Support Engineer

• At least 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
• Basic scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
• Good command of English

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve system, network, and software issues
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure system stability
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support when needed
