Wymagania
- At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Good command of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
- Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions (including AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
