Senior Java Developer

Link Group builds tech teams for Fortune 500 companies and startups. The project is in the finance/stock exchange industry, developing a web portal for managing financial accounts and investments using Agile methodologies.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java 8+ and the Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka or other queuing systems.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services development.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of automated deployment and scaling practices (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Lead and collaborate with Agile teams on challenging and innovative projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Design and implement robust technical solutions for complex features.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve critical production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team in technical decision-making.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
