Project Management Coordinator

• Completed commercial vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project environments.
• Proficiency in both English and German at C1 level.
• Experience in project controlling, cost management, or project management support is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook is welcome.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven working style.
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of cross-project interdependencies.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• High initiative and personal responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork skills and intercultural competence.

• Administer financial commitments and control costs in large-scale projects.
• Prepare, track, and settle budget requests.
• Perform ongoing rolling financial project planning, budget monitoring, KPI analysis, and cost reporting.
• Enter and maintain orders in SAP, support year-end project closing, and handle procurement processes including purchase orders.
• Issue invoices per project schedules and prepare acceptance protocols and proof of service documentation.
• Assist Project Managers with commercial offers, presentations, status reports (cockpit charts), and organize/document project meetings and agreements.
• Manage complete, accurate, and audit-proof project documentation and organize structured archiving using Confluence and MS Teams.
