Senior Business-System Analyst

• Experience as a Business-System Analyst or System Analyst
• Practical experience in business and system analysis
• Experience designing IT solution architecture
• Good knowledge of various technologies and integration methods between systems
• Understanding of processes related to implementing changes in IT systems
• Experience managing or coordinating the technical area of a project
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical teams, and external vendors
• Analyze issues and propose appropriate technical solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects for banking or financial sectors
• Experience working in a complex enterprise environment

• Provide services within a banking project
• Conduct business and system analyses for developed and maintained solutions
• Design solution architecture and integration methods between systems
• Take responsibility for the technical stream in ongoing projects
• Collaborate on project implementation and application maintenance
• Participate in planning and coordinating changes in systems
• Work in a hybrid mode with office presence in Łódź 2–3 times per month
