Tech Lead - .Net Development (3 Positions)

The role is for a client in the banking sector delivering modern solutions. The company operates within the banking and fintech industry, focusing on scalable, event-driven systems in a highly regulated environment.

• 10+ years of experience with modern .NET
• 3+ years as a Tech Lead or Senior .NET Developer with technical leadership responsibilities
• Experience delivering solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Kafka
• Hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments
• Knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience designing distributed systems at scale
• Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Lead the technical direction of the development team
• Design and develop modern event-driven microservices
