Senior M365 Support Engineer

LinkGroup is hiring a Senior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join their enterprise IT team focusing on Microsoft 365 platform support, automation, security, and governance across a global environment.

• 4–6+ years enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Expert knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview (Security & Compliance).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, Authentication, and Hybrid Identity.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and automation with Microsoft Graph.
• Strong Power Platform administration: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience leading Root Cause Analysis and implementing long-term improvements.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and tenant architecture.
• Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools: Message Trace, CQD / Call Analytics, Audit Logs, Sign-in Logs.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting 24/7 rotational enterprise environments.

Nice to have:

• Enterprise Microsoft 365 platform architecture design.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, SC-400).
• Experience with automation-first operational models.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.

Microsoft 365 Platform:

• Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Deliver permanent fixes and operational improvements.
• Design and maintain governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop advanced automation scripts and tools using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance solutions including Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, DLP, Retention Policies, and Sensitivity Labels.
• Architect and implement platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects and service owners on platform strategy.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers through documentation and coaching.

Power Platform:

• Troubleshoot Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and integrations.
• Resolve Dataverse security, schema, capacity, and environment challenges.
• Optimize Power Apps for performance, governance, and security.
• Support Center of Excellence (CoE), ALM processes, and DLP.
• Improve platform reliability through automation and monitoring.
