Senior UX Designer

• Strong portfolio showcasing senior-level UX design for digital products including web applications.
• Experience with user research methods to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI/Gen AI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging users and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to analyse data and user behaviour and translate insights into design strategies.
• Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology advancements.
• Fluent English proficiency for daily work and presentations.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of UX design, User Research Methods, AI, Gen AI, UI design, Rapid Prototyping, User Research, Design Systems, Communication, and Data Analysis.

• Design user experiences that align with HSBC Productivity Suite objectives to meet colleague needs and enhance productivity.
• Rapidly prototype features and designs from high-level requirements to support agile prioritisation, discussion, and delivery.
• Apply customer experience best practices, libraries, and frameworks to maintain design standards and deliver exceptional user experience.
• Ensure interfaces are functional and visually intuitive by maintaining rigorous design excellence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate innovative design practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and users to align design solutions with business objectives and user needs.
• Utilize user feedback with product teams to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Participate in research for new flows and features.
• Conduct user interviews as part of usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
