DevOps Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves working on a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programme at a leading global financial institution, focusing on cybersecurity and enterprise IAM built on modern cloud-native architecture.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code including Terraform (core, GCP provisioning, policy as code)
• Proficiency in containerisation and Kubernetes including Docker, GKE, Helm, and Kustomize
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline authoring, artefact management, testing automation, and deployment strategies
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices including security scanning, IAM/identity management, network security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles
• Familiarity with data pipeline and streaming infrastructure concepts such as Kafka and PubSub
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across security, engineering, and operations teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and Agile/Scrum working practices using tools like Jira and Jira Service Desk

Nice to have:

• Experience with graph platform engineering including Neo4j, GDS/APOC, and disaster recovery/backup
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and broader IAM concepts
• Experience working in large-scale, global enterprise IT environments across multiple countries and time zones
• Background in release engineering and governance including change management, regionalisation, data residency, and conditional access

• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for IAM components, policies, connectors, microservices, and integrations
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for IAM infrastructure, identity policies, directories, and supporting platforms
• Enabling automated testing, security scanning, and controlled deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments
• Deploying IAM services and microservices on Kubernetes (GKE), cloud-native platforms, and serverless environments
• Managing containerisation, service mesh integrations, certificates, and secrets for IAM workloads
• Developing scripts and automation for account lifecycle operations, access provisioning, and system integrations
• Supporting data pipeline engineering (Kafka/PubSub) and graph platform operations (Neo4j) as part of the IAM ecosystem
• Embedding security into the build and deployment process: vulnerability scanning, secrets detection, code quality checks, and Zero Trust compliance
• Collaborating with IAM architects, cybersecurity teams, and application owners on design and integration requirements
• Maintaining documentation for pipelines, IaC, and deployment patterns
