F/M: AI Senior Project Manager (Polish language REQUIRED)

The role is in a team responsible for developing AI projects in the insurance sector.

• Minimum 5–7 years managing complex IT projects at the intersection of business and technology
• Experience working with Agile teams and practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
• Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Copilot, and MS Excel
• Understanding of cloud solutions and artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of AI-related regulations, including RODO, AI Act, explainability, and data bias
• Higher technical education (informatics, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related fields)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe)
• Willingness to work hybrid (approximately 3 days per week in the Warsaw office)
• Ability to provide services from the territory of Poland

• Leading AI projects and managing dependencies
• Coordinating implementations and collaborating with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
• Planning schedules, budgets, and team workload
• Managing risk, scope, and progress of ongoing projects
• Preparing and reviewing project and management documentation
• Reporting project status to management and participating in strategic reviews
• Collaborating with external suppliers regarding services and software
• Ensuring project compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (including RODO, AI Act) and ethical standards

Work service provision must be from the territory of Poland. Role requires Polish language. Hybrid work with about 3 days in office in Warsaw.
